Cola Supremacy

Back at work and somewhat back to writing after helping my lovely wife through an unusual recovery from the c-section (mom and baby are doing great, BTW).

While at work today, I got into a conversation regarding the farce that is this year’s presidential election, and posited the following — You know how every year Budweiser does a spin on the Super Bowl with “the Bud Bowl”?  Would it not be clever for some innovative ad exec employed a similar pardoy in regard to the elections with say, Coke and Pepsi’s campaign for cola supremacy?  And it works out because one’s red and the other’s blue!

Before we knew it, we hashed out this little faux campaign, and we’ll have some press releases ready to post tomorrow.  Stay tuned…
